Billy gets a box of a decent size. It's wrapped in plain silver paper and has this name written on a small gift tag. Inside are:

Several cans of spray paint. Black, bright yellow, fluorescent green, neon pink, and electric blue.
A stupid inflatable chair (with a cup holder!)
A little tambourine keychain, along with a note on an index card that says: I dare you to tell me this isn't fun.
